A: It can monitor temperature, humidity, water leak,smoke, room entry, motion, split air condtioner, and power failure.

Q: How many sensors can it connect?

A: The capacity of SPD-T300GSM is 16 data. If temperature humidity 2 in 1 sensor, there are 2 data temperature and humdiity of each one; if dry contact sensor, there is 1 data NO or NC. So max SPD-T300GSM can connect 8pcs temperature humidity 2 in 1 sensor, or 16pcs dry contact sensor. Sensor types can be mixed, but total data not exceed 16.

Q: What alarm can it give?

A: System alarm by email and SMS.
